Delivery, Returns or Refunds

We want to get your Hey Soul Hugs goodies to you fast! Here is a breakdown of our shipping options:

Free Shipping:

• Orders over £50 qualify for free mainland UK delivery. We like to reward our awesome customers!

Standard Shipping:

• Orders under £50 will have a flat-rate shipping fee of £5.

Delivery Timeframes:

• Once your order is placed, we work hard to get it shipped within 2–5 working days.
• You'll receive a friendly notification by SMS or email from Royal Mail letting you know your order is on its way!

At Hey Soul Hugs, we want you to be completely happy with your order. If, for any reason, you are not, we offer a hassle-free return process within 30 days of delivery. Here's a quick guide:

• Get in touch. Contact us within 30 calendar days of receiving your order by replying to your confirmation email or emailing us directly at support@heysoulhugs.com. Be sure to include your order confirmation email for reference.
• Return items in pristine condition. Please send them back unused and intact, with all original tags and packaging. 
• We will arrange a return pick-up. Once we receive your return request, we will give you clear instructions and schedule a convenient collection by post for you within 7 working days.

Refunds and Processing:

• We will inspect your returned item upon arrival.
• Once approved, you will receive a full refund for the returned item(s) (minus any return shipping costs) within 14 business days to your original method of payment.

Important Notes:

• We cannot accept returns for items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorisation.
• We cannot offer refunds for broken or used items. However, if you receive an item in this condition within the parcel, please contact us within 7 working days for a replacement. For details, please refer to our FAQs.
